Special Instructions to the Renter

1. In accordance with ABC rules, no alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are permitted to be brought into or taken out of VFW Post 5985.

2. In accordance with ABC rules, no minors are permitted to consume or purchase any alcoholic beverages on the premises of VFW Post 5985.

3. The renter is liable for any damages incurred by the VFW Post 5985 or any member preparing for or attending this event.

4. As noted in the charges, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event the function is cancelled within 14 days or less of the date of the event, the balance due is payable upon demand.

5. The renter agrees to pay all legal costs in regard to any action that VFW Post 5985 must take to collect monies due under contract.

6. The Canteen Manager has the right to terminate this function at any time due to misconduct of the renter or any of his/her (renter's) party guests or for any violation of any instructions set forth in the contract or violations of either VFW or ABC rules. If the function is cancelled, all monies due VFW Post 5985 are payable at that time. In the absence of the Canteen Manager or the bartender that is assigned to this particular function has authority.
